Postage and Delivery: For European countries we charge a set rate based on the order value, this is kept as low as possible. For all other countries please get in touch for a postage cost. As we are a High Street shop most items are taken straight off the shelf and posted out. Most orders are sent within 1 working day. If orders don't dispatch within 5 working days we offer a full refund if you no longer wish to complete the purchase. This may occur if an item is out of stock at the manufacturer or an error has been made processing the order. You will be notified as soon as possible. A proof of postage is obtained for all orders. If an order does go missing in the post replacements are offered at the managers discretion as compensation is only given to the value of £36 by the Royal Mail. Recorded signed for delivery is offered at cost price of £0.75 per order, this gives a tracking number for use on the Royal Mail website. Further postage services and insurance is available on request. Refunds and Exchanges: Faulty Products: If any item you purchase from us is faulty then simply notify us and we will either source a replacement from the manufacturer or send out a replacement directly. Exchanges: All exchanges will be handled at the managers discretion and will require proof of purchase. Exchanges will only be given within 28 days of the original purchase date. All postage costs incurred will be payable by the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights. Project Hydra Ltd. Reserves the right to refuse service and entry to it's premises. |
