We are a independent retailer stocking Wargames Scenery, Terrain and Accessories, as well as Battlebases by Microart, Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay, Lord of the Rings, Warhammer 40,000 (40K)  and we are an Official UK retailer of AT-43 by Rackham miniatures of France and I-kore miniatures including Void and Celtos ranges....

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on the 'Buy' button for any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping 'Trolley'. After you have finished making your selections, click on  your shopping list and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Shipping And Handling 

No minimum order value applies. Royal Mail will handle shipping.

If your order is shipped in 2 or more parts, payment is usually taken at 1st shipment. There is no extra charge for postage for split shipments. If you wish you can collect your order from us with prior arrangement (see Reaching Us for contact and address details) .

Delivery
Delivery Schedule Shipping usually takes place the next working day if all items are in stock. Please allow up to 10 working days (UK Orders only) for delivery after you place your order. Most customers have reported receiving their orders within 5 working days. (EU orders please allow upto 15 days and Worldwide orders please allow upto 28 days) Please email for further details if required. If your order (UK only) is going to be delayed past our 10 day delivery target due to any item being out of stock you will be contacted with details of any extra delay and given the option of a refund should you wish.

Back Orders In the unusual event of any item not being in stock, it will be placed on 'Back Order' for delivery, this usually happens within 10 business days and so should not effect normal delivery schedules. If delivery is going to be delayed past our normal delivery times you will be contacted as described above.

Tax Charges 15% VAT is included in our prices where applicable. For further details please do not hesitate to check with us (email: info@chooseyou.co.uk ,). Please note we are not responsible for any Customs Charges outside of the EU.

Credit Card Security If you place an order online, your details are encrypted on a Secure Server, we only have access to the last 5 digits of your account number to use as a reference.

Credit Card Security and Payments are handled by SAGEPAY or via PAYPAL - a Payment Service Provider. Once all your order and address details are complete, if you select the 'Payment by Credit Card' option your browser will be diverted to the SAGEPAY Secure Server. SAGEPAY have security clearance at most banks including Barclays.

Guarantee
We guarantee all products to be of merchantable quality, and as advertised. If you feel otherwise, please contact us for an immediate refund. We further guarantee that you may cancel your order by email or telephone right up until your order is shipped. Please also refer to our 'Returns Policy' below.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Privacy Policy
Wargames Online do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used, and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' option.

When you place an order, we only use your phone number for any problems, which we may have with your order. The correct email address is important for electronic receipt purposes, order status, shipping notification, and it also helps validate your order. We do not send any other emails without consent, or telephone you for Marketing Purposes. Please contact info@chooseyou.co.uk  if you have any issues you want us to deal with, concerning your privacy.

Returns Policy Wargames Online comply with the Distance Selling Regulations. A customer has the right to cancel their order, without giving reason. A customer may return any item within 7 working days of receipt, for a full refund less shipping.

Missing items, damaged goods or any other disputes should be reported either by email or in writing within 7 working days of receipt. These may be returned for a full refund [including postage] or replacement.

Wargames Online will make every effort to replace damaged goods but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason, Wargames Onlines only obligation is to refund the full purchase price.

The customer is responsible for the costs incurred in returning the item, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. A deduction will be made from the refund of any direct cost of collecting the goods. The goods must be returned in the condition that they were first supplied.

Please include a covering letter explaining the reason that the goods are being returned and your full name and address. The customer will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.

Customer satisfaction is at the forefront of Wargames Onliness trading policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Remittance Terms Payment can be made online using your Debit or Credit Card. Or you may post us a UK cheque or Postal Order, which must clear before shipping (Usually allow an extra 7 days).
